About Solange Charas
Dr. Solange Charas is Founder and CEO of HC Moneyball, which provides Human Capital analytics for use in quantifying and optimizing the ROI on human capital investments. HCMoneyball is her brainchild, resulting from 25 years of providing HC analytics to her C-Suite clients to quantify and optimize their ROI on human capital investments and ultimately to align HR programs with business strategy.
Solange earned a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BA in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA programs at Columbia, USC and NYU and is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board. She has been a board director, chaired the Audit and Compensation Committees of two public companies, held the CHRO position at three, and was part of the leadership team (National Director) at EY and Arthur Andersen.
