About Tendayi Viki
Tendayi Viki is an award-winning thought leader, author, speaker and corporate innovation expert. As Associate Partner at Strategyzer, he works with companies to develop their internal ecosystems so they can innovate for the future while managing their core business. He has worked with several large organizations including Rabobank, Standard Bank, Egmont, Unilever, and Lufthansa-Airplus.
He has written three books, The Corporate Startup, The Lean Product Lifecycle, and his latest, “Pirates In The Navy: How Innovators Drive Transformation.”
Tendayi holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MBA, and taught at the University of Kent where he is now an Honorary Senior Lecturer. He previously served as Director of Product Lifecycle at Pearson, the FTSE100 global education company. He co-designed Pearson’s Product Lifecycle which is an innovation framework that won the Best Innovation Program 2015 at the Corporate Entrepreneur Awards in New York.
