About Libby Wagner

She is one of the only poets working in organizations, and she inspires others to access and express their leadership voices to have courageous conversations where they balance truth-telling and compassion.
Libby is a former college professor and founding faculty member of the Institute of Conversational Leadership and Invitas with poet David Whyte, and she was honored as a Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year in 2014. She often inspiring retreats in Ireland each year, creating memorable experiences in creativity and leadership. Her virtual and in-person programs are both inspiring and practical. Each year she works one-on-one with a limited number of entrepreneurs, solo-practitioners, and small business owners to create the work and lives they love.
