As a visionary top leader, you’re already thinking big and challenging yourself to new adventures to help you look at the world in new ways. Maybe you’ve climbed Kilimanjaro or sailed to the Antarctic. However adventures such as these can be few and far between. Fortunately, there is another route to redefining what’s possible to keep fueling game-changing growth.
You can deliberately embrace the eye-opening adventures that are all around you. We call these “Everyday Adventures.”
Examples include having conversations with people you don’t usually interact with, embracing pushback rather than rejecting it, finding the opportunity in a setback, and other ways that expand your imagination, resilience and curiosity.
