If, like us, you’re a fan of the Richard Donner/Steven Spielberg cult classic film The Goonies, you may know that 2025 is the 40th anniversary of the film. In honor of that milestone, we’re going back into our archives to revisit the conversation we had in 2015 with one of the child stars of the film who played the role of “Chunk.” He is a prominent Hollywood transactional attorney, Jeff B. Cohen, Esq., known for his ability to make successful deals under extremely tough, high-stakes situations.

He is a distinguished lecturer and active writer; he’s authored numerous articles discussing business, technology, and entertainment matters for CNBC, The Huffington Post, Backstage, Lawyerist, and others. He is also proud to serve on corporate boards in both the non-profit and for-profit arenas.
